Learning Outcome
This was my first experience creating a VR game and I've learned a lot about the difference of VR and flat screen games.
VR games offer more intuitive control but that is also limited by the various factors such as spaces, movement capability. View is also limited and that required us to design UIs that don't obscure their visions. We had to put a lot of time ensuring everything is intuitive and easy to understand. What we have to take care in designing VR games was quite different from normal games.
One of the problem was that people often get stuck in the level as they've lost wand in the previous level. This problem was solved by the addition of wand return buttons that moves a wand back to player's hand.
